Tiffany Giroux, our founder and visionary, built Fiber Communications on a simple but powerful idea: that technology should serve people, not the other way around. Her approach was always personal—focused on real partnerships, long-term trust, and helping businesses find the right solutions, not just the trendiest ones.

We lost Tiffany in 2023. And while that loss is still deeply felt, the values she instilled continue to guide everything we do. Tom Giroux, Tiffany’s husband and now Managing Partner, is carrying forward her mission with clarity and care. He’s kept the company grounded in its core purpose: simplifying the complex and helping clients navigate today’s fast-changing IT landscape with confidence and the utmost focus on customer service.
