In 2003, Tiffany Giroux founded Fiber Communications with a simple, powerful mission: to help businesses stay connected, scale confidently, and navigate a rapidly changing technology landscape. She believed that companies deserved more than cookie-cutter solutions—they needed a trusted partner who would advocate for their best interests, cut through the noise of dozens of carriers, and deliver real results.
Tiffany built that partnership. And over two decades, Fiber Communications became exactly that for enterprise clients across the country.
Her sudden passing in 2023 was a profound loss—not only for our team but for the many clients and partners whose businesses she helped transform. Her vision, integrity, and spirited energy remain at the core of everything we do.

In 2025, we rebranded as Fiber IT Solutions to reflect the full breadth of services we offer today—from cloud and data protection to advanced networking and technology consulting. But while our name has changed, our focus hasn’t.

Having held senior sales and leadership roles at Boston Scientific and Abbott/St. Jude Medical, Tom brings a results-driven mindset and a people-first philosophy to Fiber IT Solutions. Tom is honored to carry forward the company his wife, Tiffany, founded—preserving her client-first vision while guiding the business into its next chapter of growth. His commitment to excellence and strong team culture ensures Fiber IT Solutions remains a trusted partner to enterprises nationwide.
